Well all you need to dois finding the volume of the rectangle than the volume of the cube.After finding that you need to devide the rectangle volume with the cube volume.

Vrectangle=1m×0.4m×0.6m=0.256m^3

4cm=4/100 m = 0.04m

Vcube=0.04^3=0.000064m^3

Vrec/Vcube =》 0.256/0.000064=4000 cubes with a=0.04m
