Well, it isn't dilation.

I'm not sure the context of the problem, but there are four types of transformation.

1. Dilation

2. Reflection

3. Rotation

4. Translation

Example of those are in the jpg.

If the line segment has the same length both times, it cannot be dilation.

I'm not sure about which specific one it is, but dilation is the only one that changes size.
