Answer: y= 3/5x+3/5
Explanation: First, find the slope. 3-0/4-(-1), which gets you 3/5. Then plug this slope and one of the 2 points given (-1,0) into point slope formula (y-y1=m(x-x1)). y-0=3/5(x-(-1)), which simplifies to y=3/5x+3/5.
