I am assuming you want this in slope-intercept form. Slope-intercept form is y=mx+b. Y and x are just coordinates, and m and b are the slope and y-intercept. We do not need to worry about x and y. M is the slope, and b is the y-intercept. By plugging in our slope, we get y=1/4x+b. Next, we put the y-intercept into y. y=1/4x+3

The answer is y=1/4x+3
