Historical research and analysis can be a bit like detective work. Instead of searching for clues we are looking for evidence, especially reliable and relevant evidence.
In the attached map (also within the PowerPoint) write about the map in essay form explaining (1) What evidence can you find on this map/cartoon that might suggest when it was produced and by whom? (2) What evidence is there to indicate the artist’s views regarding Russia, Britain & Ottoman Turkey? (3) Why is Greece drawn like a crab?
Be sure to take the historical background and context into consideration while answering.
