it’s D. ‘The dark, fragrant cave held several
thousand bats.’ makes sense. Whenever you read commas, imagine a pause. If you read it as ‘The dark fragrant cave held several.(pause) thousand bats.’ it just sounds weird.

Pls help would it be A or B?
