Reduced or frozen property taxes to protect long-term residents, new residential zoning regulations, and taxing abandoned properties are all examples of government policies that can assist curb gentrification. This will help to retain long-term residents while also allowing us to profit from our vacant buildings.

Hope that helps! God Bless you!
