1. people used to think of immigrants from latin American as only being able to do low level jobs but as of recently that ideology has changed
4. there has been evidence that for some reason people react negatively to diversity when it is first introduced
5. doing the same thing over and over, or comfort isn't good because we do not grow as a society with the example of immigrants
