10/9 +56/27
LCM of 9 and 27 is 27
Divided 27 from both denominators
27 divided by 9 is 3 x 10=30
27 divided by 27 is 1 x 56=56
30+56 divided 27 = 86/27 or 3 5/27

Answer:

86/27 or 3 5/27

Explanation:

10/9 is nothing but 30/27 (multiply the numerator and denominator by 3/3)

By adding 30/27+56/27, we get 86/27, which is our final answer
