(x-1)/(4-1)=(y-2)/(-4-2)

(x-1)/3=(y-2)/-6

(x-1)=3(y-2)/-6

(x-1)=(y-2)/-2

-2(x-1)=(y-2)

-2x+2=y-2

y+2x-2-2=0

y+2x-4=0
