Question:- What is Brain Freeze ?
Answer:-
It is a severe pain for a short period of time in the brain due to sudden decrease in temperature of the mouth upper part .
The upper part of the mouth contain the capillary of the sinuses with got stimulate by a cold food or air which results in vasoconstriction .
For stopping the pain we just need to warm the capillaries which causes the vasodilation which in returns stops the pain
Another Reason For Brain Freeze:-
Sphenopalatine ganglioneuralgia nerves ( SPG) also the nerves near the trigeminal nerves in the brain . This nerves carry impulse form the nose to the brain . These nerves are highly sensitive to pain , temperature,etc so there r basically to prevent brain from pain , temperature etc .
In result from the stimulus the brain starts a severe pain which we called the brain freeze .
