Answer:So there is no anarchy,everyone could be in great danger without these three things.

Explanation:Think of a a household with a large number of children,without rules,order,and discipline things could go wrong in several ways.Same thing with government,without the traffic laws,people could get hurt and the one responsible for the accident goes unpunished.Think of this as a no running in the house rule most parents have,if two children were to hurt each other by running into one another and only one was punished that would be considered unfair or in this case unlawful.
