The rise of communism in Russia in the early 1900s led to which development?

Russian industry expanded rapidly under Stalin, with Ukrainian in second place. The industrialization of the Caucasus and Central Asia began during the 1930s, and it was the Russians, aided by the Ukrainians, who ran the factories.
However, I cannot say this is 100% the correct answer. By development and early 1900’s I drew my conclusion it the industry business that developed rapidly.
