Explanation:

Essentially, this simply asks what angles contain the line OP. If we draw the triagnle NOP (in that order starting at the top), we can see that all these angles include the line OP within their angles.

(note: Im not sure if it is asking for the line OP in that order. If so, it would only be angles 1 and 3, as those have OP in that order)
