Exclamation and question marks express emotion and meaning. While an exclamation can mean enthusiasm, shock, or yelling, a question mark can signify confusion or wonder.
The two can work in a sentence such as; “Oh really? Wow!”
They go together to show the meaning of the persons using it, or the tone in which they’re speaking in.
A lot of the time, you can use them in a sentence together to either form sarcasm or surprise.
