(6,-9) it is 3 units away from both 3 and 9, and -9 is 2 units away from -7 and -11.

Explanation:
Use midpoint formula to find the coordinates of the other end point:
(9 + x)/2 = 3 ⇒ 9 + x = 6 ⇒ x = - 3
(-11 + y)/2 = -7 ⇒ -11 + y = -14 ⇒ y = - 3
