A is incorrect because it is nearly impossible for meteorologists to predict when they will touch the ground, where it will form, and the exact time. This is why watches exist, to warn you that there is a possibility of a tornado to spawn.

C is incorrect because they don’t last several days, not even hours. They, on average, last 10 minutes.
