Goal Type--you must write one goal for each goal type (Current Goals, High School Goals, and After Graduation Goals), for a total of THREE goals.
Each goal must have a Goal Category--at least ONE of your goals should be Academic, and at least ONE of your goals should be Career.
For each goal, you must write at least three Steps to Achieve Goal, each with a deadline. Be as specific as possible.
