(7 / 7x⁶+4) / 7x⁶

Using x = 0 you would have:

[7 / (7(0)⁶+4)] / 7(0)⁶

(7 / 0 +4) / 0

(7/4) / 0 which is the same as 7/4 x 0 = 0
