Digestion begins with the first mouthful of ANY meal. So the digestion of fried meal or many others may differ based on your “chewer” skills.

However, fried foods are low in fiber and hence take a long time to digest.

This additional fat is not good for normal digestion and can take ten to twelve hours to leave your body. Unlike fruit, which leaves your body after an hour.
