Are you in favor of taking supplements of your athlete?​

yes because supplements are meant to provide nutrients they are not complete food sources. Athletes with poor nutritional habits will not reach full potential. Adequate nutrients are important for tissue growth and repair which is required for athletes to have full recovery between practices and competitions.
