Why is segregation considered inequality? Give an example.

Answer:

Segregation usually involves the division of two social classes/races, giving one of the social classes beneficial advantages over the other one or vice versa which is considered unfair therefore being inequal since one social class is distanced from the other.

For example, only whites are allowed to go to the barber shop, and blacks cannot this is inequality since there is disparity in how the blacks are treated.
