First, you want to translate the f(x) graph. You would shift to the left (negative) 2 units and down 4 units. This allows you to match the vertex with the g(x) graph.

Then, you want to reflect on the x-axis which allows you to basically flip your graph horizontally which forms f(x) into g(x)
