Nutrition question: What would a day seem like on the fiber 35 diet?

Whole grain cereal, bananas but they’d have to be a bit green, apples, nuts, baked potatoes, wholemeal or whole grain bread, wholemeal pasta. All of those would help you get that 35g of fiber which mean should intake 30-40g of fiber and women 20-25g
