When a paratrooper is falling down word the drag force on it increases. A time reach when the external drag force on a paratrooper becomes equal to it’s weight. Under such circumstances the some of forces is zero; but still the the paratrooper is falling down ward with a constant velocity.
This is the practical example from real life when the net forces on the an object is Zero but still it moves.
