If you were an African ruler, why would you not accept European colonization of your territory? Provide reasons.

I wouldnt accept it because im not exactly a big fan of people getting sold as slaves and exploited as slaves, my resources getting stolen, me most likely getting dethroned or executed, and everyone spending their entire lifes starving
