I assumed that 55% is 5.5 because a decimal must be there but 45% Should be at least 22.5.
Edit: The person above is right & reika in the comments but.. I had seen this problem differently, because you could do it in many ways therefore you move the decimal to the 4 so the answer would be 4.5 so 45%= 4.5
