At a birthday party, a group of (9) children are gathered around a piñata while ANOTHER CHILD strikes the piñata. The piñata hold 200 pieces of candy. If the piñata breaks and all the candy falls, write and solve an inequality that shows how many pieces of candy each child could pick up.

9 children are gathered around plus the one that broke it; that's 10 and of there are 200 pieces of candy and you are dividing it by each of the 10 children, it's 200 divided by 10 and the answer is 20. Each child gets 20 pices of candy.
