Could the mean of a data set be greater than Q3 (3rd Quartile)? Explain.

The mean is (1 + 2 + 3 + 10)/4 = 4. That's larger than Q3 which is 3. In any list of data, Q3 won't change, but raising the last number in the list (making it an outlier) can raise the mean past Q3.
