Answer: x - 4

Explanation:

1. First we expand, 6x + 6 - 5x + 10

2. Now that we have collected like terms we just have to simplify it

3. So bring + 6 to the very right next to ten, which will become the opposite, - 6

4. Now it's, 6x - 5x - 10 - 6

5. Now since this is more clear we can directly solve

6. x - 4
