Suppose y is a positive integer. If x – (–y) = z, will z be greater than or less than x?

Answer:

Z would be greater than X because suppose (-y) is 8 and X is 5, you add them up and the sum will be 13 aka X and 13 is bigger than 8 so that is your answer.
