1) the rule is: {required probability}={probability of 2 red marbles} / {all possible combinations 2 of 15};

2) according to the rule above the required probability is:


(C^2_2*C_(13)^0)/(C^2_(15))=(2!*13!)/(15!)=(2)/(14*15)=(1)/(105)=0.0095238=0.01.
