f(-4) = 1

f(0) = 2

Explanation:

1. f(x) = 1/4x+2

Just replace -4 in every position of x

f(-4) = ¼ × (-4) + 2

f(-4) = -1 +2

f(-4) = 1

2. f(x) = 1/4x+2

Same procedure. Replacing x with 0

f(0) = ¼ × 0 +2

f(0) = 0 + 2

f(0) = 2

Have a good day!
