(1.3636...)/(9)

Explanation:

I. When n = 0.1515...

10 * n = 0.1515 * 10

10n = 1.515...

So 10n - n = 1.515... + 0.151...

9n = 1.363...

n =
(1.3636...)/(9) or 0.1515...
