7(B - C) = 217

7B - 7C = 217

7B = 7C + 217

7(B + C) = 413

7B + 7C = 413

7C + 217 + 7C = 413

14C = 196

C = 14 mi/hr WOW that a fast stream

7B = 7(14) + 217

7B = 315

B = 45 mi/hr
