Explanation:

so, you have a circle and if you divide it into 3 equal sections each of those sections take only 1/3 of the circle.

1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 = 1

if one of the thirds is green then the probability of it landing on another color would be 2/3 being the other two colors.
