It would have to be C because not flexibility training, you would end up uncomfortable

It is important to include flexibility training in your warm up because it will improve your circulation, loosen up muscles, reducing chance of injury, reduce fatigue and lower the risk of a muscle cramping. It will prep your body for the work out afterwards.
