Can a physical quantity have unit but is dimensionless?​

Answer:

i might be wrong here, but i`m pretty sure dimensionless things are infinite, and infinity can not be defined by a single quantity.

for example, since space is constantly expanding, it never has and never will have an actual measurement of any sort.
