Lets do

  • 2 more than five times the square root of x

\\ \sf\longmapsto g(x)=5√(x)+2

Lets take an example

\\ \sf\longmapsto g(4)=5√(4)+2

\\ \sf\longmapsto 5(2)+2

\\ \sf\longmapsto 10+2

\\ \sf\longmapsto 12
