Are all fractions RATIONAL numbers? And why?

Answer: Yes.

Step-by-step explanation: All rational numbers can be written as fractions. But there are fractions that are not rational numbers though. Fractions like 22/7 or 355/113 (pi) or radical (2)/5 are irrational numbers. As long as both the numerator and denominator are integers, and of course if the denominator is not equal to 0 cause that’s the definition of a rational number.
