In the 1800s, many people living in America could not take advantage of all the opportunities the country offered. Which reform movements were the most successful at making changes to give these people more opportunities?

Answer:

Movement for educational reform, like those of Horace Mann, was more successful. Mann's movement increased the amount of public schooling that was available, as well as the quality of teachers. On the other hand, movements for such things as women's rights did not take off very quickly.
