1. in XeF4, the central atom Xe has 2 pairs of free electron pairs and 4 bonded electron pairs hence it is square planar (correct)
2. I-Cl is only composed of 2 atoms, the only possible shape is linear
3. in SF4 the central atom S has 1 pair of free electron pair and 4 bonded electron pairs, hence the shape is seesaw (correct)

so the correct answer is 1 and 3
