They held Serbs in concentration camps in Javenovac and buried the remains in mass graves. When Croatia and Slovenia broke off of Yugoslavia the Serbs were to become the dominating group. The Muslims and Croats of Bosnia did not feel safe. They decided to secede themselves. This brought about the Serbs act of violence.
