A car factory made 8 cars with a sunroof and 18 cars without a sunroof what is the ratio of the number of cars without a sunroof to the total number of cars?

18/26 is the ratio of cars without sunroofs to total number of cars . However you can reduce this ratio to 9/13

If she just wants ratio 18/26

No of cars without sunroof=18

Total no of cars=18+8=26

Now,the ratio of cars without sunroof to total no of cars=18÷26

= 9÷13
