Explain the personifications in the sentence.

the house was still..”

Answer: " The house was still "

Step-by-step explanation:

As we all know, houses can't just get up and move on their own, but it eludes to the fact that at one point it was living, or, in other words, it was a busy place bustling with people and activity, but using personifications, it said it was " still ". As in a human that is asleep, it doesn't move.
