The Polar Land biome is a marine biome which is rich in nutrients, which comes from all the land around them. Polar Lands are 98% thick ice sheets and 2% rock. Floating ice sheets consist of 11% of the area continent. Very few plants are able to live in this kind of weather so there is very little plant life.
