You have moved from company A to Company B. In your new organization, you find that the culture of your new company is quite different from your previous company. Now while you will be performing your responsibilities (Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling) in the new company, what are the factors that you would consider so that your actions are in line with the culture of the new company?

I think I will consider to have a friend who will teach me all the tradition and culture of the new place and also if I will start working there I spend my time in that place than slowly I can learn everything thing
