Biblical Adam (man, mankind) is created from earth, and Genesis 1–8 makes considerable play of the bond between them, for Adam is estranged from the earth through his disobedience.

It depends on what exactly you mean. The first person who was born, or the first person to give birth? From a scientific standpoint that's kinda unclear, but if we look at the bible the first person created was Adam. I would assume Eve, the second human created, would be the first to actually give birth.
