Find the probablility when a pair of 8 sided dice has a sum greater than 3

The only times this condition ISN’T satisfied is when you roll a 1 and 1, a 1 and 2, or a 2 and 1. There are 16 possible combinations with two 8-sided dice, so there are only 3 out of 16 that DON’T satisfy the condition. The other 13 possible rolls do, so the probability is 13/16
