27.99 would be the answer

Step-by-step explanation:

The circumference is pi multiplied by the diameter of the circle. I would start with this. The diameter of the circle would be the side other side of the rectangle, so it would be 7 however this is a half circle so you would only take half of the diameter, this is call radius. Divide 7 by 2 and you should get 3.5 now to get the circumference multiply 3.14 with 3.5 and you should get 10.99; now add the sides of the rectangle so you should have a problem that looks like this 10.99 + 7 + 5 + 5. Do NOT add the second 7 as this is inside the shape not the outside of the shape, perimeter is the outside of the shape. If you do this correctly you should get 27.99. (Apologies you can try this to however I am not always accurate on my answers due to me not being a math brain.) I hope this helped. ^w^
